Flash Tube Assembly
Challenge: To punch "T" configuration into cup and insert porcelain bushing into tube without fracturing piece. Staring end of fine wire was also required.
Butane Burner Valve
Challenge: To economically produce close tolerance screw machine parts and automated assembly with other precision component parts (rubber, die-cast, springs) to withstand the rigors of butane gas under pressure.
Tube Washer Assembly
Challenge: To assemble various styles of washers (round, square or oval) to a tube in which the washers will not move longitudinally on the tube nor will the ID of the tube change.
